Probate is the legal process used to settle a person’s estate after they pass. This typically includes validating a Will, identifying assets, paying any outstanding obligations, and distributing what remains according to the estate plan.

Estate Administration Responsibilities
The person responsible for managing the estate, formerly known as an executor but now known as the “Personal Representative”, has a number of legal and administrative duties. These can include gathering information, filing documents with the Court, and coordinating with financial institutions and tax professionals.
Holly works directly with the person in this role to help manage these responsibilities. Her guidance helps ensure that everything is handled correctly, in a timely fashion, and that important steps are not missed.
